Established in 2019 by Mrs. Madhavi Raje and Smt. Sandhya Sathe in Pune, India, Swar Sharada Music Academy has expanded to reach a global audience. The academy's mission is to inspire and support aspiring musicians and singers, helping them take their first steps towards mastering their craft. Mrs. Raje and Smt. Sathe bring extensive experience in music education, successfully teaching students from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.

Our Founders

Madhavi Raje

Madhavi Raje, trained in classical singing by Smt. Hema Gujar and Sugam Sangeet by Smt. Shaila Datar, Smt. Sunita Gokhale, and Smt. Aparna Sant, began her professional career in 2005. She founded 'Light Music Classes' in 2010 to share her expertise with aspiring singers. From 2016 to 2018, she offered free coaching at Ramkrishna Math in Pune, helping many students. Her community involvement includes programs with Cipla Cancer Centre, senior citizen groups, schools for the visually impaired, and several temples.

In addition to her musical pursuits, Madhavi has excelled in acting, appearing in TV shows and Marathi films. She has released four CDs under the Fountain Series and served as a judge in music competitions. Known for her passion and dedication, Madhavi Raje has made a significant impact in both the music and acting communities, earning recognition for her diverse talents and commitment to sharing her knowledge.

Sandhya Sathe

Classically trained singer Sandhya Sathe honed her skills under the guidance of Smt. Veena Sahasrabuddhe and expanded her repertoire by learning Light Music from Smt. Sunita Gokhale and Smt. Aparna Sant. Her talent has been recognized with numerous accolades, including an award from the Mohammed Rafi Foundation and first prize at the Mumbai-Pune Compete in 2022. Known as 'Sandhya Tai,' she is celebrated as the first female side rhythmist in Pune and has been actively involved in musical programs conducted by Madhurangan and the 'Pune Ladies Orchestra.'

Sandhya's impressive career includes performances alongside notable singers such as Smt. Aparna Sant, Shri Ravindra Sathe, Smt. Ranjana Pethe, and Smt. Usha Mangeshkar. Her exceptional achievements and contributions to the music community have made her a respected and celebrated artist.
